Sustainable Parenting
I’ll take you on a journey. A journey for you, in which we talk about parenthood and talk about us. In addition, how we can observe our children from a different perspective: with practical exercises, in exchange, with mindfulness.
Together we learn how to make our parenthood more relaxed & resilient, how we can meet and strengthen our children and ourselves with an attitude of the “different kind”.
AT A GLANCE
SUSTAINABLE PARENTING
What does this mean and how do I implement the approach in everyday life? What about Montessoripedagogy and how can I, as a parent, accompany my child in a prepared environment?
What primordial needs do we have and accompany each other accordingly throughout our lives?
We experience how we can concretely transform our home to create a positive impact on family dynamics and how, with the help of Montessori Philosophy & Mindfulness, we invite our child to independence and active participation in everyday family life.
With exercises, examples from everyday life, exchange and breathing exercises, we draw strength as parents, as human beings. We learn to observe our children differently and to “translate” their needs as our own.
I’m looking forward to seeing you!

Sustainable mindfulness in everyday life
Children & adolescents with mindfulness experiences are usually more able to cope with stress, deal with setbacks and endure frustrations. Because they learn to create a sheltered retreat within themselves, they can better master the demands of the outside world.
This offer teaches the basic skills necessary to pass on mindfulness to children and young people in a sustainable and authentic way.
In playful exercises, I deal with topics such as effective approaches and methods for stress management and self-care.
For mindfulness training, I rely on sustainable experience: for this reason, you as teachers are actively involved in this training. During and after the training, you will take ideas and simple exercises with you, which you can incorporate into everyday school life.
